TESLA program students arrive in the U.S.
After many delays to launch the program in the past three years, Two-way Exchange Semester Linking America and Serbia (TESLAS) program has finally sent its first two participants, Serbian graduate students from Faculty of Architecture at University of Belgrade to School of Planning and Public Affairs at University of Iowa. Even though only five days into the one-month program, Jovana Kolašinac and Iva Stojanov have already reported that they have met numerous faculty members and students at University of Iowa, and that they are enjoying their time and are in awe about all the experiences so far. We are looking forward to more updates from Jovana and Iva and wishing them successful program.
About one month from now, University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Architecture is expecting to welcome two US students from the mentioned US university to participate in a reciprocal part of the program. The first exchange year of TESLAS is supported by Embassy of the United States in Serbia, Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, American Councils for International Education, University of Iowa’s School of Planning and Public Affairs and University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Architecture.
